The configuration of DDR Test Tool of IMX6QP-SDB

Hi Sir,

I don't know how to configure parameters in DDR test tool when I first run the tool.  What I can do is to load script and set freq. The calibration pass but stress test failed. IMX6QP-SDB should pass the test since it's NXP's EVB. I guess there should have a standard/default configuration of these parameters. if yes, where I can get it? thank you.

Hi Igor,

thanks for your reply. I use this to generate script for DDR test tool. calibration is passed, but "failed to run stress test". error message is as following. I supposed the EVB should pass the test. any idea? thank you.

DDR Freq: 198 MHz
t0.1: data is addr test
Address of failure(step2): 0x100005c4
Data was: 0x100005cc
But pattern should match address
Error: failed to run stress test!!!
