The captured image from OV5640 has a lot of lines

OV5640 connects to i.MX6Q through DVP, the captured image has a lot of lines.

Its captured image is similar to https://www.programering.com/q/MTNyAjNwATY.html

I guess this is caused by noise, but does the frequency drift of pixel clock also bring up noise? 

If this is a hardware issue, then how to fix it? Thanks.

If software is the same noise can be from hardware, please check analog supplies and its noise, sensor cables.

Attach sensor from good board to custom and check if that helps. One can try to test with imx-test (folder mxc_v4l2_test) in

www.nxp.com/lgfiles/NMG/MAD/YOCTO/imx-test-5.4.tar.gz

also one can check signals with oscilloscope and using app note
