Testing LPDDR4 in imx9 series board

HI team, 

                I had a Custom board with imx-9 processor and LPDDR4 RAM. I need to test the entire 8GB ram memory, kindly help with reference or links to test.

Hello,

i.MX93 supports up to 2GB DDR memory space.

To test DDR memory in i.MX devices, I suggest you use Config Tools for i.MX.

    Thanks for reply. As per instruction, installed imx config tool. Please check Image attached below, is this the correct approach to check LPDDR4. And can you provide me any user manual.

Thanks for the reply, can I use memtester also to test LPDDR. And I installed MCUXpressoIDE try to download SDK for imx93 unable to install. Can you help me on it.

                 Thanks for support.  Does i.MX config tool supports imx7D and imx8 processors. Because, I had custom board with MCIMX7D5EVK10SD where I'm unable to enable DDR tool for validation.
