TPM IC on I.M8MPlus for Windows on Arm

Hi,

We're design i.M8Mplus on WoA. Our customer ask about discrete TPM IC possibility. I couldn't find any related information on 8M Plus AVL list. Could you recommend brand and IC model? is Nuvoton NPCT754 or Infineon SLB 9665 workable?

Hi Justin,

According to the data sheet, the NXP SE050 and SE051 support the main functionalities of TPM.
