Software for Flashing RT1160/1170 processors?

Hello,

Is there software for loading a .bin or .hex onto the processor for production via JTAG?   Similar to STLinkUtility for STM32 processors.

EDIT: Please disregard.  I am going to create an .S19 file and load it from an SD card instead.
