Signal strength (asu) is poor on JB4.2.2 (i.MX6)

We are debugging CDMA2000/WCDMA module, and found the signal strength (indicator on status bar) is very weak on JB4.2.2, and we got the incredible result:

1. when dbm is -75, asu is 1;

2. when dbm is -105, asu is 16;

I'm sure the dbm is precise， so the asu should be incorrect.

However, the signal is OK on ICS4.0.4.

Has anybody any idea?

It seems this is a problem of Huawei Driver, can you please contact them?.  I believe that  RIL interface would having some problems.
