Shall we run i.MXRT1176 (MIMXRT1176DVMAA) controller without using external SDRAM?

Hi all,

We wanted to use MIMXRT1176DVMAA in one of our IoT application project. For this we do not want external SDRAM. So, we want to run this controller without SDRAM.

As per datasheet this controller has internal 2MB SDRAM So we want to use this.

Could you please confirm this.

Hi @smartpavan333 

Do you mean the SRAM? you could use it without any issue, however you are going to be limited to this memory size.
