Setting options for imxvpuenc_h264

I need to program the imxvpuenc_h264 Gstreamer plugin in C for use with RTP.  Where do I find documentation for options like those I have seen in other posts such as gop-size and bitrate?  I know I will almost certainly have to set slice sizes or max NAL sizes somehow.

imxvpuenc_h264 is part gstreamer-imx plugins developed and supported

by community, it may be posted on meta-fsl-arm mailing list, so that someone familiar

with it could try to assist you.
