In i.MX23 reference schematic revision C if fond a two design notes

I am using  SD / MMC Card Socket (4-Bit Databus)

Design Notes

1) The SD/MMC socket should an integrated, normally open mechanical Card Detect (I implement this note)

2) The i.MX23 has integrated pull up resistors for the SD/MMC DATA and CMD signals that must be enabled by setting a register (How can I do this?)

Thanks for any advice

My design is based in VDD5V connection with no battery

Reading other questions I found that maybe the problem is the default configuration of the bootlet code because use Lilon Battery and I am designing without battery

I understand that I need some patches

Anyone have more information?

Thanks

Hi Sergio

please check Chapter 37 Pin Control and GPIO i.MX23 Reference Manual

http://www.freescale.com/files/dsp/doc/ref_manual/IMX23RM.pdf

For VDD5V configuration with no battery one can look at

Updates and Patches (9)
Linux patch for i.MX28 SDK 2010.12 to add the most robust support possible
for a VDD5V or DCDC_BATT only configuration.
