Hello NXP team,
I have an i.MX8X unit in "OEM Closed" state and I want to return it to "Partial Field Return" state. For that I am using the SCU API to send the SECO_FUNC_RETURN_LIFECYCLE from the A-core CPU to the SECO, but I am having problems with the message whose address I have to send as parameter.
Documentation says it should be a message signed by OEM SRK. I tried loading a binary file signed with OEM SRKs to RAM and then use the RAM address as parameter of that SCU function, but it failed with a SC_ERR_PARM (Bad parameter) error. I tried authenticating the file and it works fine.
=> auth_cntr $loadaddr
Authenticate OS container at 0x88280000
Authenticate image from DDR location 0x88280000... OK
Is there a specific message expected by the SECO? Can you tell me how can I create it?
Regards,
Gonzalo
