Same audio data transfer from single master to different slaves simultaneously

Hi,

I am trying to transfer the audio data from SAI interface to I2S interfaces of two different slaves (DAC & I2S In Slave).  same data and clk lines are shared between the two slaves.

Do you have any suggestions / precautions to take care for me regarding the implementation.

Possibly any reference code or application note will be huge help.
