Hello,
I bought a Sabrelite board from element 14.
http://www.element14.com/community/community/knode/single-board_computers/sabrelite
I want to build a small video recorder with this board. (To record one USB webcam or one MIPI / CSI camera).
I would like to know which distro is better for my needs. Right now, I think I only need video encoding, camera support, SD logging and GUI is optional.
Can somebody give me some hints regarding the plus/minus of the following distro options:
1) Yocto
https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-94023
2) buildroot
Build Linux System for IMX6Q Sabre Lite - Linuxpedia
3) Ubuntu / Debian

4) Linaro (Debian?)
https://wiki.linaro.org/Boards/MX6QSabreLite
5) timesys
