I am trying to implement an automatic system upgrade feature, including
SPL/U-Boot upgrade from the user space.
My idea is to have 2 SPL images on QSPI
If SPL flashed is corrupt or not functional, the ROM loads alternative address.
I have found the Redundant boot support might be a solution.
"8.5.3.5 Redundant boot support for expansion device"
But as far I understand it only works in closed mode.
Are there any alternative make ROM load SPL conditionally from alternative address?
