Hello,

I would like to know that,

I am designing an SoM module based on IMX8MM.

From the EVK when power is shut down SNVS BLOCK is closed and there is no possibility to keep secure logs in the SoC.

I would like to know whether can I hold my secure data on the secure memory of the SoC, while the SNVS block is being fed via a coin cell.

Hello,

Secure memory is not in the SNVS_LP power domain. It cannot be used only with the coin battery.

One possibility would be to use SNVS_LP General Purpose Registers 0 .. 3 (LPGPR0 -LPGPR3) to store some information. Please check our Security Reference Manual for more information on these registers.

BR,

Ivan.
