Regarding the SGTL5000 datasheet, on page 4, Table 1, it lists that the CPFILT must be installed if VDDIO and VDDA are both < 3.0V (which is true in our case – VDDA=2.5V, VDDIO=1.8V). But we’re using the 20-pin package, and it doesn’t break out the CPFILT pin.
Does the 20-pin QFN version of the SGTL5000 not support VDDA = 2.5, VDDIO = 1.8V?

Since the CPFILT pin is missing on the 20-pin QFN package, the internal charge pump becomes non-functional. So, the SGTL5000 parts in 20-pin package cannot support the applications where both VDDA and VDDIO are less than 3.0V .
