SGTL5000 CPFILT in battery powered applications

Regarding the SGTL5000 datasheet, on page 4, Table 1, it lists that the CPFILT must be installed if VDDIO and VDDA are both < 3.0V, otherwise it must not be installed.

In my application one of both of these supplies will be battery powered with a range of 2.0 - 3.3 volts. Is this configuration not possible because of the charge pump?

Hi jonathan

if one of these voltages >3.0 V, the CPFILT cap must not be placed.

Best regards

igor
