Hi,
Board: 6SX SABRE SD
Image: Prebuilt image from i.MX 6SoloX SABRE Development Board | NXP board support packages L4.1.15_2.0.0_iMX6SX
We have been working for SDIO3 SDR104 bring up of our SDIO3.0 supported module by inserting into SD3 SD3.0 slot.
What we observed when booting is
/soc/aips-bus@02100000/usdhc@02194000: voltage-ranges unspecified
sdhci-esdhc-imx 2194000.usdhc: could not get ultra high speed state, work on normal mode
Full log is attached which is logged on putty.
Could you please checkout and tell the error?
Thanks,
Venkatesh
Hi venkatesh
from attached SDR104_not_working.zip log: "Linux version 4.1.44-fslc"..
so seems this is not nxp official bsp, suggest to try with nxp demo images;
Also one can try with brand new SD3.0 card, as for SDIO3.0 supported module
one can check with logic analyzer its response during initialization.
Best regards
igor

Hi igorpadykov,
We will try the methods you pointed.
But I want to tell that the log I have attached is with the Yocto fsl_community_bsp build and I am sorry for that.
Now I have attached the log with NXP demo L4.1.15_2.0.0_iMX6SX image from the link I pointed in question raised.
We are trying with the SDIO3.0 SDR104 supported board.
Can you please take look at the log once and point us that whether issue exists with the kernel image?
Thanks,
Venkatesh
Hi,
We see that there is a latest update 4.14 Yocto SUMO. Can we build that for SDR104? Can you provide any way forward to bring up our SD3.0 SDR104 board?
Thanks,
Venkatesh
NXP L4.14.78 MMC/SD/SDIO Host Driver has the same features
for SDIO as described in Linux Manual for that release
Linux L4.14.78_1.0.0 Documentation
