Require DRAM support for i.MX6ULL

Hi karinavalencia‌ and dgd‌,

In one of the ongoing medical project, we have used i.MX6ULL. And based on datasheet it supports LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L. We have used the MCP package of eMMC+LPDDR2 due to form factor constraints in our design. Now the existing MCP package of eMMC+LPDDR2 is EOL. And they have availability only with eMMC+LPDDR3.

Does i.MX6ULL can support LPDDR3 with extra SW effort? If yes, kindly provide the solution.

Else provide the other optional solution.

unfortunately i.MX6ULL does not support LPDDR3, no software workaround available, sorry.

Supported  DDR3(L)/LPDDR2 as described in Chapter 35 Multi Mode DDR Controller (MMDC)
