You can try to follow up the link(nxp-secure-access-rights-registration.pdf) to apply for access for your own ID, as I see a valid NDA signed for your company. we are using the BT chipset is 88w8997 

is 88w8997 BT Driver is open source ? is it avialable at the kernel source code ?

 I have observed that hci_mrvl.c has only one compatible property (compatible = "mrvl,88w8897) and it doesnt has 88w8997 driver compatible property .so is this driver compatible for my chipset ?

please confirm me ..!!!
