Request for help to modify/configure PHY registers using MDIO

Hi Team,

We are working on MCIMX6X2CVN08AC and a phy is connected to this board, when we checked through mdio tool it is showing that all the configuration parameters of the phy are set to zero.

We humbly request the community that, to help us in directing a way to set the configuration parameters of the phy. Either by using MDIO tool or any other way. Attaching some screenshots of the MDIO cmd outputs and phy configurations.
