Replacement sources for SAF775x/777x UDM hardware

Dear colleagues,

We have recently encountered flashing and communication issues while developing for the hifi core on the SAF775x and SAF777x platforms.  We think the issue may be related to the UDM tool (SPI and I2C) hardware supplied with the EVBs a few years ago.  

Does anyone know how to acquire replacement hardware for the D3 evaluation platform?  Searches have not yielded any results.
