RT117x EMMC BOOT config

My boad use eMMC 5.1 HS400 standard. I want to change the eMMC boot config for high speed. But when I set HighSpeed mode and 8bit DDR, that will do one success and one fail, show below. Now I change the eFuse BOOT_CFG2[2:1] value 0b'11' 8-bit DDR and BOOT_CFG1[5:4] 0b'1x' High-speed mode. I am worried about sometime RT117x can't boot successfully. And I want to know why 8bit DDR & HighSpeed will cause this.

Is this same issue present on McuBootUtility Tool? I believe that this issue might be related to the eMMC device however it could help to have more details on this issue.

I test repower or reset RT117x for many times. It will enter inner boot sometimes and show that it can't boot steady in high speed mode.

More details, when boot fail, if not use MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning to connet it with serial port, it can boot by self after about 60~70 seconds.
