RT1052运行在600MHz时,dcdc模块电压配置为0x13(1.275V),但是随着实际使用,有时开机发现程序不启动,仔细检查发现,dcdc电压一直没有从默认 1.15V上升到1.275V,进而导致芯片不启动。
试问,这个dcdc模块有哪些情况下会导致电压无法配置成功

软件部分关于时钟600MHz的配置,我是按照 《MCUXpresso Config Tools v12.1》的配置导出的。(见附件)
现在我这为了暂时解决这个问题,直接将频率改回为528MHz,这样DCDC电压保持初始值即刻,无需再配置电压,就不存在电压配置成功的问题。

Could you please tell us if you are using the NXP's EVK or a custom board? If you are using a custom board, could you please verify the Hardware Development Guide for the MIMXRT1050 Processor? Could you please share the PSWITCH RC Delay and the LP load (inductance and capacitance)?

In addition, could you please tell us the complete RT1052 part number (e.g. MIMXRT1052CVL5B)? This is to see if it is an industrial part number, which has the limitation to 1.26V according to the Hardware Development Guide for the MIMXRT1050 Processor.

Finally, with "initial value", do you refer to 1.275V or 1.15V?

芯片是MIMXRT1052DVL6B,PSWITCH的RC为56k 1uF.
电压默认为1.15V

Hello @qq240997293,

As you have a custom board, have you had the opportunity to check the Hardware Development Guide for the MIMXRT1050 Processor? There is explained certain conditions that you need to meet for the DCDC to work properly.

Please, could you please check if the LP load meet the following requirements?

The internal DC/DC switching frequency is about 1.5 MHz. The DC/DC requires external inductor and capacitors; please pay attention to below items:

  • The recommended value for the external inductor is about 4.7~10 uH, saturation current >1A,ESR < 0.2Ohm.
  • The external buck capacitor total is about 33uF, this includes all the capacitors used on DCDC_OUT and VDD_SOC_IN.

Also, you are using a range outside the 5-15ms from the PSWITCH. Could you please verify that the DCDC_PSWITCH is delay 1ms with respect to DCDC_IN to guarantee that DCDC_IN is stable before the DC/DC starts up?

Finally, if possible, could you please test your software configuration in an NXP EVK?
