RS232 and USB detection is not happening at host side with imx6ull device

I am trying to upgrade kernel from Linux kernel v4.1.15 to Linux kernel v6.6.36 for IMX6ULL ultralite. After upgrading Linux kernel with v6.6.36, RS232 and USB detection is not happening at host side while I am using u-boot version 2017.03.

Can anyone suggest what is wrong and in which direction I need to debug?

Please share the complete log of the issue in .txt format of the old and the new version.
