RPA Tool V17 or V18 for iMX8QM ?

Hi,

I unable to find out the RPA Tool (V17) - MX8QM_B0_LPDDR4_RPA_1.6GHz_v17.xlsx for CFG 

SCFW 1.2.1 is the one of the firmware used for L4.14.98 by default. I have to do DDR initialization for that DCD version is V17.

I unable to find out the V17 (there are v20 to v23).Please ping me if anyone have this tool.
