Qustions about the NPU architecture in .iMX.8M-PLUS

May I ask questions about the NPU'S framework in  iMX.8M-PLUS and iMX.9M

In the product manual, there is few about the description of NPU architecture and source .

1.iMX.8M-PLUS is the only NPU integrated independently for the first time，whether this NPU architecture is the Ethos-U55 released by ARM in 2020.

2.I'm glad that NXP releasediMX.9M in March this year，What is its corresponding NPU architecture? I heard that it is u65? Is there any more relevant information.

>imx8mp uses Vivante VIP8000 NPU chip, not ARM Ethos chip
