Questions. Using JTAG on i.MX6 Solo(X)

Hi,

I'm using the i.MX6 Solo(X) sabresd board.

I'm trying to debug the board using TRACE32.

By the way, all download links of JTAG-related files in the community or PDF manual are broken.

Where can I get manuals and cmm files for debugging SoloX?

I expect someone to let me know the information.
