Question, i.MX8M Hardware design(HDMI)

Dear team,

We saw ‘i.MX 8MDQLQ Hardware Developer’s Guide’(IMX8MDQLQHDG,Rev.0)’ says that HDMI_AVDDIO, HDMI_AVDDCLK and HDMI_AVDDCORE should be connect to GND if not using HDMI.

But we still have a concern on that.

By the connection to GND, there may cause the leakage current or bad impaction to other modules inside of i.MX8M.

Please give your comment on that.

  The HDMI supply voltage line should be grounded, when HDMI is not used.

No problems here.
