Question, i.MX6ULL NVCC_xxx voltage

I would like to ask a quick question about voltage of i.MX6ULL NVCC_xxx.

Can I understand that IO voltage of Quad SPI NOR Flash connected to i.MX6ULL will be 3.3V in the case of feeding 3.3V into NVCC_xxx of i.MX6ULL?
