Question, i.MX6SX unused pin handling

Dear team,

I would like to ask about the recommended connections for unused analog interfaces of i.MX6SoloX.

In i.MX6SX datasheet(IMX6SXCEC Rev.1), it is described in Table-5 that the recommended connection of unused VADC_IN[0:3] is float.

But in i.MX6SX hardware design guide(IMX6SXHDG, Rev.1), the recommended connection for unused VADC_IN[0:3] is said as connect to GND, in table-2-17.

Which is the truth?

I found difference on the recommended connections for unused VDD_AFE_1P2 and VDDA_AFE_3P3 as well between datasheet and hardware design guide.

Please show me which is correct about VDD_AFE_1P2 and VDDA_AFE_3P3 as well.

Hello,

  from the design team :

1. VADC_IN[3-0] can be grounded or float when they are not used.

2. VDD_AFE_1P2 and VDD_AFE_3P3 should be grounded when they are not used.
