Question, i.MX25 ADC characteristic

Dear team,

My customer will develop a software using i.MX25 ADC, actually they are about to use XP, XN, YP and YN pins.

They are reading your AN3948 and AN2438 application Notes to understand the ADC behavior. But they want to obtain additional information about the characteristic of ADC conversion.

Do you have any documents which describe about the actual characteristics on the relationship between input voltage and the translated digital value?
