Question about i.MX8M Nano JTAG with 1149.6 AC-coupled support

According to the reference manual of  the i.MX 8M Nano, 1149.6 AC-coupled test is supported.

But from BSDL of i.MX 8M Nano from https://www.nxp.com/downloads/en/ibis-model/IMX8MNANO-BSDL.zip , there is no information about the IEEE1149.6 AC-coupled test, only IEEE1149.1 contained.

Where can I get these information about i.MX 8M Nano IEEE1149.6 AC-coupled test? Thank you!

I have confirmed it with our expert and get the feedback today, reply as below, hope it can do help for you.

We will delete the IEEE1149.6 in next version RM, As for i.MX 8M Nano, 1149.6 AC-coupled test is not be supported.

No, I have confirmed with our expert, they said 8MN.8MM,AND 8M all do not support.
