Question about armel/armhf toolchain on Yocto for imx6

Hi community,

The default setting use the armhf toolchain for imx6 on Yocto (daisy/dora branch), so the FAE suggest us to use the armhf toolchain.

I have a customer using the armel toolchain and the FAE worry the armel toolchain will cause some problems on GPU part,

My question:

1. Do the community also suggest to use the armhf toolchain?

2. If yes, why?

1. yes, suggested to use armhf

2. main reason is improving performance, also one can look below

armhf libraries for imx6
