I am fish to Chip industry, I know i.MX6 Dual lite is automotive grade chip for use, but currently I need to evidence with my client why and how it is satisfied with AEC-Q100, is there something like TUV certificate or AEC-Q100 register number which I could show to my customer?
It seems that NXP specification is not enough for him
