Hi Dear ,
When System is power down , how should the I.MX6Q operate to save the time data , and how to operate with the MMPF0100F0AEP ? Could you kindly help me to give some document to describe this issue ? Thanks !
Hello,
In order to implement RTC You may use scheme, based on i.MX6 reference design,
and follow Development Guide recommendations :
If VDD_SNVS_IN is directly supplied by a coin cell, a schottky diode is required between
VDD_HIGH_IN and VDD_SNVS_IN. The cathode is connected to VDD_SNVS_IN.
From the Datasheet, Table 9 (Stop Mode Current and Power Consumption), there is
SNVS Only mode, when VDD_SNVS_IN powered and all other supplies off, and SRTC
is running.
