(Q3) Required queries about IMX6 ultra lite processor and its Errata. Need help for clarification

Reset circuitry in IMX6UL reference design query:

The below shows the NXP reference design reset circuits. NXP ref design used two different reset circuits for i.MX6UL & PMIC.

1.Why do we require two different reset circuit? Could you please explain?

2.We followed simple reset circuit to PMIC power on pin as shown figure below, this circuit was taken from our existing i.MX6 Solo design which was already working, we hope it will work same for PMIC PF3001 part as well. Am i right?

3.  Is there any silicon version issue for new version (i.MX6UL)?
