Q rgd PCIe support on the i.MX95

According to the block diagram of the NXP i.MX95, the device supports 2x PCIe Gen 3.0 x1.

Is it possible to combine/aggregate both of these PCIe ports into one port with x2 lanes to connect one PCIe Gen 3.0 x2 device?
