Procedure to use ADB based on Ethernet

Hi Experts,

How to connect the adb through Ethernet interface in IMX 6 SL EVK board with Android 5.1.1.2_ga image.

I am able to connect the ethernet cable and the interface is UP but adb devices are not connecting..
