Problem with booting from eMMC. Can't write u-boot correctly

Hello!

I've got a problem during getting eMMC boot work. I’ll say right away that this is definitely not the case of wrong fuses, GPIO settings or something else because everything worked fine until recently.

I followed this instruction, but system don't boot without any messages on UART. I think that this is related to the boot sector, since the control from the u-boot on SD card is successfully transferred to the system installed on the eMMC.

How can I get it work?  Will be appreciate for every help.
