Power requirements for VDDA_ADC3V3 on RT595 249 package

Hello. I cannot find any requirements from the datasheet for this VDDA. I currently have it connected to a 3.4V system rail. I would like to know any ripple or loading requirements for this ADC please.

I'm referring to pin E12 marked VDDA_ADC3V3. Please see attachment from the EVK.

  I have checked the internal side, the EVK is wrong, still need to refer to the datasheet.

EVK side, the VDDA_BIAS also need to connect toe 1.8V, not the 3.3V.

I already report this EVK bug internally.
