Power measurement in SabreSD

Hi, 

I am measuring power in sabreSD board with kernel version 4.9.11. For Kernel version 4.1.15 the current consumption is close to the values given in the reference document https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN5383.pdf . For kernel version 4.9.11, the current consumption is little higher.

The table below shows the differences.

	Linux-4.1.15 (mA)	Linux-4.9.11 (mA)
VDD_SOC – R24	1.42	2.25
VDD_ARM – R20	0.467	0.619
VDDA_1P8 - L52	0.5	0.5

Is there reference document for power measurement with kernel version 4.9.11 ?

Do we need any power management steps for reducing power in version 4.9.11 ?

I am not aware of power measurements with kernel version 4.9.11,

but document describes why power data may vary, please check

sect.3.2.1. ODT settings, sect.3.4. Temperature measurements
