Port1 type C is not detecting in imx8m mini

Port1 type C is not detecting in imx8m mini .Any usb type C cable connected its showing connect known USB

How to resolve this

I wanted to connect to Donwload mode to flash to SD card. but the device USB is only not showing

Also, please note that the device won't be listed until the board is power on and in serial download mode.

Even after the power is ON and in download mode. It doesnot show that the port is avaliable...Still its not getting detected.
