My board will be designed as follows.

The board has not a PMIC.

Please check power sequence & POR signal.

I have one more question.

If I command the "reboot" in linux, does WD_RESET(GPIO_1[ALT1 WDOG2_B]) fall and rise?

A. The power-up sequence, shown on your image, seems to be appropriate. The part of the schematic, shown there, has no sense for me.
