Hi, All

I designed my board for iMX6D&Q.

Could you review the power&POR of my board.

Thanks.

Hi chilwonna,

There are two comments of the design,

1. If the design is for i.MX6D/Q, the VDDARMxx_xx connection should follow Section 4.2 in AN4397.

<http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/app_note/AN4397.pdf>

2. The power supply for U1052 VSNVS is not found, it is recommended to connect to VDDHIGH_IN.

Best Regards,

Yongxin

Hi, Yongxin Huang.

Thanks your reply.

1. I know that this design was optimized for iMX6Q.

But I don't care power consumtion in my board.

In this schematic, do not iMX6D work?

2. Thanks. I will fix.

Thanks.

Hi chilwonna,

The power supply for i.MX6D and i.MX6Q in VDDARMxx_xx is different, if i.MX6D is used with i.MX6Q VDDARMxx_xx design, an extra leakage current on the chip and extra chip heating may occur. Unfortunately we don't perform such test so no data available for the replacement.

Best Regards,

Yongxin
