PF3000 vs PF3001 on i.mx6 ULL

Our board is very similar to the evaluation board:

https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-339884

but we have the ULL processor instead of the UL.

I can't undestand the difference beetwen PF3000 and PF3001.

In PF3001 page

https://www.nxp.com/products/power-management/pmics/pmics-for-i.mx-application-processors/10-channel...

there is the MCU compatibility list

pastedImage_4.pngIn PF3000 page

https://www.nxp.com/products/power-management/pmics/pmics-for-i.mx-application-processors/12-channel...

the list is:

pastedImage_8.pngInside neither datascheet there is a reference to ull series.

Whitch is the best PMIC for ULL processor?

Thank you

Elisa

Hello,

PF3000 and 3001 are pin to pin compatible.

PF3001 is a subset of PF3000.

PF3000 address Low Power application and target i.MX 7S/D, i.MX 6SL, i.MX 6SX

PF3001 address Always ON application and specially target Low end application, based on i.MX 6UL

PF3000 can be considered first for Low Power apps.

For simple application the PF3001 as most economical alternative can be selected.

I expect for Your i.MX 6ULL the PF3001 is a reasonable choice.

Have a great day,

Yuri
