PF0100 coin cell charger current

Hello,

I see in the datasheet to the PF0100 that the coin cell charger current only is 60uA. Can this be correct? That would mean that it would take 750 hours to fully charge a 45mAh coin cell battery. And at at discharge rate of 10uA I would have to keep the device on four hours a day.

Please advice.

document is correct, for coin cell charging one

can use external charger as well.
