Output images of Yocto for MCIMX8DXL-WEVK

After building I have a lot of images.

How and which images to use to write to EMMC and SPI flash?

I cant fount nothing in documentation about it.

Images support for eMMC that can be found as follows: 

imx-boot-imx8dxlb0-lpddr4-evk-sd.bin-flash_linux_m4
imx-boot-imx8dxlb0-lpddr4-evk-sd.bin-flash_linux_m4_no_v2x
imx-boot-imx8dxlb0-lpddr4-evk-sd.bin-flash_spl

Images support for spi, can try to download from L6.1.36_2.1.0_MX8DXL (nxp.com)
