Dear All,
Please let me know about VDD_SNVS_IN for i.MX6.
Q1)
Though the operating range of VDD_SNVS_IN is specified as 2.9V - 3.3V in datasheet Table 9, there is a description of 2.8V in the SVNS only mode in Table12.
=> http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/IMX6SDLCEC.pdf
Which is the minimum value?
Q2)
When using with PMIC (MMPF0100F0AEP), in SNVS mode, Is setting change needed though the VSNVS output is 2.5V (default)?
Best Regards,
George

Hi George
1. correct value gives datasheet Table 9 sect.4.1.3 Operating Ranges
2. MMPF0100 VSNVS output is 3.0V (default)
Table 10. Start-up Configuration

Dear Igor,
Thank you for the comment about Question 1.
And, Q2 had a typo by me.
When using with PMIC (MMPF0100F0AEP), The VSNVS output is 2.5V in OFF mode.
QSB is such at when of PowerOFF.
However, the operating range of VDD_SNVS_IN is specified as 2.9V - 3.3V in datasheet Table 9.
=> http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/IMX6SDLCEC.pdf
Is it necessary to change setting into the range?
Best Regards,
George
Hi George
one needs to have valid coincell connected to LICELL,
check MMPF0100 sect.6.4.7 VSNVS LDO/Switch
Best regards
