On the power of the 24M crystal excitation of the MCIMX8M Mini

The IMMX8MMIEC datasheet requires a minimum drive level of 100uW for the 24MHz crystal and a maximum equivalent series resistance ESR of 80Ω, as shown in Figure.

What is the effect of a crystal with a drive level of less than 100uW? (The typical drive level of a passive crystal is 10uW and the maximum is 100uW, does it meet the requirements?)

The datasheet mentions the minimum and maximum drive levels to be 10.0 uW to 100uW.
