Obviously lpuart, flexspi, usdhc0/1 are, but what about the imaging system, in particular, CSI0 has an i2c that I'd like to be able to use for a serial device on.

It appears to use CSI_MSCLICE3_CLK_ROOT which has two options from MSCLICE3_SEL; DIG_PLL0 or the 24 MHz Reference clock (possibly under CI_PI parallel interface.

By boot time, I'm referring to the point at which the uart, uSDHC, etc. are first being initialized prior to the image being authenticated.

Hello,

It may be possible to use the I2C for this purpose, but please note that he I2Cs are contained within and assigned/dedicated to the peripheral function may not be as easy to use as a generic stand-alone I2C peripheral. The whole peripheral of a dedicated I2C must also be powered up in order to use that I2C.

Best regards,
Aldo.
